What's On in Winchester 21st - 28th February
With half term here, Winchester is packed with plenty of kid-friendly events and activities – but that doesn’t mean the grown ups have to miss out. February is almost at an end 🙌🏼 and spring definitely feels like it’s *just* around the corner.
Full of Pride
Starting at the Guildhall from midday this Saturday, Hampshire Pride will have its ‘Big Day’ parade through our city… in all its colourful glory. Finishing with an after-party at Winchester Uni student uinion. You can find out more about how you can get involved here and don’t forget to tag all your pride-ful moments with #PrideHantsWide
And whilst we’re on the subject of pride, this Friday will see Fast Love, the George Michael tribute at the Guildhall. From 7.30pm put the boom boom into your heart with this incredible show. Book your ticket here.
Mindfulness Mark Making
Thrive Cafe is bringing another fabulous workshop with Core Art Journalling – ideal for those in need of a little creative wellbeing post half term. Combining mindfulness and creativity it’s the perfect environment to help you tap into some concentration and focus. From 11.15am on Monday.
All the places may already be booked, we’re a city who LOVE to run by the looks of it, you can still go and support your local runners from 9am outside the Guildhall or cheering them as they run through the finish line over at the rec.
