What's On 24th August - 7th September
We’re not sure about you, but we can’t believe it’s the end of August. Soon the kids will be back at school and normality will return for many of us. Then, dare we say it, – the count down will be on for the ‘C’ word as the nights start to draw in again. But that’s enough of that! We’re holding on to these last few balmy evenings and for the next few weeks, Winchester has a little summer somethin’ for everyone.
BRICKOSAURUS! Bonanza Weekend

Give the kids one last summer hoorah before the Back-To-School-Itis kicks in, The spectacular interactive expedition created with more than two million LEGO® brick’s at Marwell Zoo is coming to a close on the 1st of September, but it certainly isn’t going quietly as the park gets ready to celebrate with BRICKOSAURUS! Expect all the usual highlights, but throw in a dino fancy dress procession, an up-close encounter with the resident triceratops and T Rex, and pre-historic face paint fun. If you have a dinosaur fanatic at home, you won’t want to miss it.

Join our friends over at The Railway Live on Saturday afternoon for Derailed; A family friendly afternoon of love music, theatre and poetry in the garden! They’ll be serving us 3 different types of cocktail and stone baked pizza from their outside bar and kitchen too! When the sun goes dow, the fun will move inside to their main stage, Platform 1, until 1am.
